Almost at the Winter Solstice, and very little light for painting. My dear daughter has bought me a full spectrum light which also has a magnifying glass built in; this means I can paint after 3 or 4 pm, which helps a lot.
This was today, working on the Annunciation picture.
And this is how it is tonight, after some more work.
I am afraid this was taken under less than optimal light, with a camera phone and flash, so the quality is not the best. But you can perhaps get the general idea. I will take a better picture tomorrow, if the sun comes out.
